That Mom of Four Official

That Mom of Four was started in 2018 with the purpose of helping fellow parents, especially moms manage their roles as a caregiver, working parent, teacher and a guardian with a little more ease through the tips, tools and tricks that I've discovered in my own journey as a mother of four.

Get Tone and Lean 

Focusing on training up the core muscles that include the abdominals, back, hips, buttocks and thighs as well as the inner core breathing muscles. Pilates is a great way to get tone and lean without impact to the joints.

Level of Difficulty

All Levels, Beginner-Friendly

An exercise mat, preferably a sturdy yoga mat, a bath towel
