The Instructor - Dawn Sim

Inspired by her father, Dawn embarked on her fitness journey at the tender age of 7, training as a competitive swimmer on a national level. Being introduced to Yoga by her coach as a teenager and also sustaining several injuries through sports, Dawn decided to practice yoga and realized it became an important part of her life and wants to share the benefits of yoga with those around her.


Before coming back from overseas and finally settling down in Singapore for good, Dawn was also teaching in the US & France as it was her passion to spread awareness of Fitness and having a balanced lifestyle. Not just wanting to educate others, Dawn also wanted to work on herself and widen her knowledge in Fitness and Health. Recently in 2018, Dawn went to Nepal to become a certified Sound Bowl Therapist to help others go through relaxation and stress relief. In 2019, she obtain her certificate to conduct Gong Bath sessions.


To pursue her ever-growing passion for fitness, Dawn worked hard and slowly paved her way towards being who she is today. As an accredited teacher in various disciplines including Yoga & Pilates, Dawn is also a Studio Director and Co-Founder of Trium Fitness. She is also appointed as an ambassador for Sports Singapore, lululemon and is also an advisory committee member for Passion Wave (People's Association). Dawn is also certified by the American Fitness Professionals and Associates as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant and trainer. With her many certifications and vast experience, Dawn has shared her stories with others and hopes to make a positive impact on their lives. 


With the need to juggle between family and work, Dawn is a proud mother of four daughters, with the aspiration to be their role model by instilling in them the importance of staying healthy and active. Dawn also takes pleasure in helping the less fortunate and regularly volunteers to help the needy and often conducts classes for the beneficiaries at the Muscular Dystrophy Association. She has also held fundraising events for various charities including Guide dogs Association and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.


Since 1999, Dawn has been teaching Yoga, Pilates, Aerial classes, Circuit training and training private clients. With her many years of experience and accomplishments, Dawn does not see herself slowing down and is constantly working towards impacting her community in a positive way. She believes that we are all a work in progress and no matter what your age is, there is always something new to learn, something fun to do and that there are always opportunities for us to make a difference in the lives of others in a positive way.
